DIGITAL CREATIVE COMPETITION 2O25

Below you see content I designed for the Ocean Outdoor Digital Creative Competition 2025. The Ocean Outdoor Digital Creative Competition is an international contest that challenges creatives, brands and students to develop innovative ideas for digital out of home advertising. The competition focuses on pushing the creative and technical boundaries of large scale digital screens in public spaces, such as city centers and train stations. Participants are invited to submit innovative, original concepts that make smart use of motion, interactivity, data, or storytelling  either for commercial brands or non-profit causes. Winning ideas are brought to life and showcased across Ocean Outdoor’s network of digital billboards!

FORD CAPRI 

March 2025

This is the first real advertisement that I made that came out. I'm still really proud and happy with the results. It's an outdoor advertising for Ford Capri, it was released back in march. It was visible on multiple billboard screens of Ocean Outdoor.

GOYA DANCE STUDIO - THE WORLD TOUR

May 2025 - freelance

For Goya Dance Studio, I designed the promotional material for the annual year-end show, with this year’s theme being World Tour.

We chose a playful theme that perfectly fit the brand identity, combining fun elements with realistic details that matched the studio’s vision. This content was shared on social media to announce the ticket sale and show times.

The design captures the energy and diversity of the dance performances, the feeling of a global journey through music and movement and the feeling of going on an actual adventure. Working on this project allowed me to explore how visual storytelling can support performing arts and create a strong connection between the studio and its community!

During my time as an intern at Ocean Outdoor I started working with mockups and creating advertisements. I created this advertisement and made it fitting on the pictures we took.

During my first months as an intern at Ocean Outdoor I practised a lot with advertisement layouts, this is a suggestion for the client with a fitting mockup. I started to experience more with advertising that also included the floors and sides.

Brand design : after my first ever internship I started to practise more with brand design. This is a brand design concept I made for 'Verdura Coffee'.

BLIJDE WEIDE

For the fictional Rotterdam-based restaurant De Blijde Weide, we completely revamped the branding for a school project in order to attract a younger audience. Using provided photos, font choices, and color preferences, we got to work. Shown here is one of the potential Instagram posts that De Blijde Weide could publish.

SURFWEEK GLR

Grafisch Lyceum organizes the annual "Surfweek" a week during which second year graphic design students take part in various creative workshops held throughout the city.
This event is not only for the students, but also shaped by the students themselves. Which makes it ofcourse even more fun.

For the 2023 edition the theme was "PLAY": dare to play with materials, experiment, and try new things.


We created several posters featuring the letters of the word "PLAY", each designed with the concept of play in mind.

I chose the letter P and experimented with different materials to explore textures and depth. In the end, I created rose shapes folded from ribbon.

This was the first assignment from the illustration specialization. We were asked to design a planner booklet for high school students, including tips and tricks. Unfortunately, the full cover doesn't fit the format of my website, but here’s a small impression nonetheless.
